The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of aerobic exercise with regard to the low intensity on the body composition and Hormones related to growth (growth hormone, testosterone) and blood lipid. In order to conduct this study, participants were categorized into two groups. The regular low intensity aerobic exercise group was set with 40% of heart rate reserve(%HRR) and the control group. The research was conducted 3 time a week for 12 weeks to examine the changes in pre and post exercise in the groups and with groups. the results are seen below. in the change of height, body fat and body fat percentage regular exercise showed significantly after 12 weeks exercise. but among groups no shown differences significant, shown significant groups interaction in weight, body fat, body fat percentage. and After conducting a 12 week resulted of analysis after regular low aerobic exercise growth hormone, LDL-C, TC increased, but between regular low aerobic exercise group and control group shown no significantly differences in growth hormone, testosterone, LDL-C, HDL-C, TC, TG. also shown significantly groups interaction in growth hormone. Based on the results of this study, both regular low aerobic exercise and control showed a positive contribution to the growth of adolescents during the growth period and it is estimated to be an effective measure for the body composition since it reduces body fat and body fat percentage. Therefore, further studies on the effects of hormone related to growth in adolescents during tile growth period should be conducted according to the type of exercise, the quantity of exercise, the intensity of exercise and etc. and it is necessary to conduct multilateral studies such as developing related educational programs and etc.
