A combination of broadcast corrections from various Analysis Centers(orbit and clock streams) via Ntrip could be improved in accuracy of the real time GNSS PPP. The major strength of a combination product is its reliability and stable median performance which can be much better than that of any single AC product. Removing the AC(Analysis Center)-dependent biases as well as possible is a major issue with orbit and clock streams combinations. However, the real-time PPP accuracy could suffered depend on the reliability of the combination product. For this study, consider combination approach based on a "Kalman" Filter approach.
