The purpose of this study is to evaluate selective attributes importance and satisfaction of ski lesson environment that parents perceive using IPA method. The conclusions of this study are as follow. First, I found that the highest quality is instructor’s talent in selected attribute importance of the individual ski lessons environment in which parents perceived, in order of precedence satisfaction. Parents attach to great importance to the leadership more than anything onto choosing the ski lessons for children, and they are satisfied with respect to this, It can be evaluated to be appropriate for current execution must be continued efforts thereto. Second, 1 quadrant IPA analysis result is particularly important because the implementation of safety education to the attention of the item of attribute satisfaction low high, variety of training methods, attributes of the training costs are included. Ⅱ quadrant, language behavior and qualifications of teachers, adequate training time, proper training personnel, coordination of training, professional ski instructor, consensus building, of interest induced Amaretto item of the attributes of both satisfaction and importance, ability of different ski level training, career map of instructors, practical training center, the lecturer, lecturer of kindness, sincere attributes of teachers are included. Ⅲ quadrant included that Whether you choose the equipment to weakness item of low attribute satisfaction and importance, training before Instructors, for lessons continuity plan, description, training-related counseling, training progress description, training program guide, direct observation whether the marriage, lecturer, Department of instructor, attributes of the overall cost. the Importance of Ⅳ quadrant is low, that include attribute professional ski suit lecturer, lecturer of gender, age of instructor, of the effectiveness of the equipment rental in the unnecessary strength of high attribute satisfaction.
