The purpose of this study is to find out the most important factors of various planning criteria in apartment housing planning. The method of research is evaluating each planning criteria by practicing planners, and analyzing the way of AHP. The results are as follows. The most important factor for under 10-year practicing planners is building arrangement in site planning. On the other hand, the most important factor for over 11-year is unit plan in architecture. In conclusion, the trends in apartment housing planning is moving from architecture to site planning. The feasibility & planning is getting more important.
