Exercise training can improve health of patients with metabolic syndrome(MetS). However, which MetS factors are most responsive to exercise training remains unclear. The purpose of this study is to understand effects of physical exercise program on improvements in CRP levels and physical activity and the quality of life through a review of the literature, to provide information about the importance and benefits of exercise for hs-CRP, and in order to offer basic data for the development of an exercise program to meet the physical needs of each patient. By taking into consideration the review of the domestic and international literatures, the following results were obtained: First, positive effects of physical exercise program on physical function of hs-CRP were reported. Since physical exercise can improve physical function, such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and aerobic capacity, and reduced fatigue and improved vitality in hs-CRP were observed Therefore, it is suggested that regular exercise and healthy life habits would be the most important factor in order to prevent cardiovascular disease from the risk factors such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia and etc.
