This study aims to develop the lab training simulator to provide a realistic representation of pollution-free. The education simulator platform, the students can feel the hybrid structure of the actual vehicle mechatronic devices. In this study, the actual components of the hybrid electric vehicle to develop the training simulator platform are commercially available 3-phase AC induction motor mounted, depending on the configuration of the system itself, has been used as an actuator to replace the internal combustion engine firm. A hybrid electric vehicle simulator has been designed and manufactured to the YF Sonata platform.
