This principal purpose of this studyis to analyze closely the The Structural Relationship between Transformational and Transactional Leadership of Wrestling instructors and Organizational Commitment and Performance of Wrestling athletes. For this purpose, The participants were wrestling athletes of middle, high, university and professinal teams in Korea registered in Korea Wrestling Association. This study was conducted to 312 wrestling athletes who participated in 31th Korea Wrestling President Champion Competition between 25 and 30 March, 2013. The samples were chosen by convenient sampling method. Data analyses included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structuralequation model(SEM) were used by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 version. The statistical ignificance level was set at p＜.05. The results of these analyses are as follows: First, Transformational leadership of wrestling instructors had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Second, Transactional leadership of wrestling leadership of wrestling hardly had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Third, Transformational leadership of wrestling instructors had a significant influence on wrestling athletes’ performance. Fourth, Transactional leadership of wrestling instructors hardly had a significant influence on wrestling athletes’ performance. Fifth, Organizational Commitment had a significant influence on wrestling athletes’ performance.
