The Book Tai-Shang Kan-Ying Pien which combined doctrines of Taoism with Confucianism and Buddhism, and own the popular values was translated to Korean in Joseon dynasty period. The Korean Translation version is very different from Chinese original version. Due to the Korean translater’s translation stratagem we can see two models of translation phenomenon. One is for higher level, like educated person and scholar, and another one is for popular people. The version for scholar which appears the feature that shows the importance of original Chinese character, but neglected the annotation. Then, the version for popular people which appears a tendency to change the original version into the literary work. By reason of Korean translator’s stratagem, we can find the Korean translation that have strong literary attribute on the Korean translation of Tai-Shang Kan-Ying Pien.
