The purpose of this study was to provide suggestions for medical tourism development to policy makers through IPA. For this, the paired-sample t-test was applied. There was a difference in significance between importance and performance for all questions of medical tourism attributes. In result, in quadrantⅠ, expenses of treatment, countermeasure of medical accidents, language communication, credibility of travel agency, previous information offering, previous consultation, one stop, one bill system were included. In quadrant Ⅱ, medical treatment level, modernization of facility, high tech. of medical treatment, kindness of health worker, number of bed hospitals, propriety of waiting time, cleanness of hospital, overall service quality, cultural experience, possession of tourist destination were contained. In quadrant Ⅲ, application of medical insurance, networking(tourists origin), fame of hospital, acquaintance of hospital, positiveness to attract foreign patients were included. In quadrant Ⅳ, accessibility of hospital, simplicity of procedure, convenience in treatment, guarantee secret, food for virility were contained. Also in result suggestions for medical tourism development were provided.
