The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of psychological empowerment and organizational justice on job satisfaction in professional dancing teams. One hundred eighty final valid samples were collected by a convenience sampling method. Structural equation modeling was used through Amos 18 for data analyses. The results indicated that professional dancers psychological empowerment and their perceived organizational justice had a positive effect on their job satisfaction. Also, the dancers psychological empowerment had a greater effect on their perceived organizational justice. Discussion, future directions, and limitations of this study will be discussed.
