The propose of this research was to suggest the need of $quot;Speciality·Aptitude education activity in-school$quot; by revealing the relationship between speciality aptitude education activity in-school for developing latent ability and leisure actives of middle school student and leisure satisfaction having positive influence on the student school lives. The sample was drawn from the 300, 1st to 3rd grade middle school student from the 10 school belonging to 10 regional education institution in Seoul at present of 1990, 30 student from each school and one school from each regional education institutions. The scales of leisure satisfaction used in the studies of Sungryong Jin(1999), Damsuk Han(1998), Hyunjung Lee(1997) and so forth were used in this question. The result through those research processes above are as follows; First, with respect to the psychological, educational, social, relaxation, physiological and environmental leisure satisfactions there is the significant different activities and the non-participants. Second, with respect to participation frequency there is a meaningful difference between the speciality aptitude education activity participation and the psychological, educational, social and physiological satisfactions. Also, with respect to the participation period, educational and social satisfactions were interrelated with the speciality, except the environmental satisfaction, the psychological, educational, social, relaxation, physiological leisure satisfactions showed a meaningful interrelation.
