The purpose of this study was to examine how the inferiority, the employment anxiety and the satisfaction in major of undergraduates can affect their employment preparation behavior. This study was conducted through the literature and empirical methods and the collected questionnaire data were analyzed employing SPSS 15.0.
The results of this study includes the followings. First, the level of inferiority was positively effected to the level of the employment anxiety and it was negatively effected to the satisfaction in major. Second, the inferiority in abilities was most negatively effected to the employment preparation behavior and the class satisfaction factor was most positively effected to the employment preparation behavior. Based on this results, the importance of managing the inferiority in employment counseling of the undergraduates was brought up. And the further studies on the psychological variables to manage the inferiority and facilitate desirable employment preparation behavior are required.
