Today, with global warming and extreme weather on record on the Korean peninsula with torrential rains as the rainy season and heavy rain frequent weather anomalies are appearing nationwide. Each year natural disasters appear repeatedly over 90% of the flood damage caused by these disasters and minimize the spread of the disaster damage due to extreme weather and natural disasters, flood damage reduction measures taken for the fundamental need to establish preventive measures are. In this study, the disaster management and response capabilities of the various ways to strengthen the existing disaster information and disaster-related expected to present information effectively, using aerial photography to create a map to disaster information. Using aerial photos of disaster information utilizing various disaster evacuation and disaster prevention and disaster information can be used as educational information, utilization of available user-friendly would be a disaster. Therefore, disaster management, improve efficiency and contribute to strengthening disaster response capacity will be considered.
