만곡을 가진 비전형적 대퇴골 골절의 내고정에 있어 골수강 내 정 고정술은 만곡된 대퇴골과 골수정과의 불일치로 인한 삽입의 어려움, 의인성 골절, 각형성으로 인한 불유합, 하지 부동 등의 문제가 생길 수 있다. 저자들은 심한 전방 및 외측 만곡이 있는 비전형적 대퇴골 간부 골절 환자에서 반대쪽용 만곡된 골수강 내 금속정을 이용하여 정복술을 시행하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
