In earth orbit, there are a great number of MMOD(MicroMeteoroid and Orbital Debris) which are increasing naturally every year. Since they move in extremely high velocity, it is possible to give a critical damage to the structure of satellites with impact. In this study, HVI(Hypervelocity Impact) simulation is performed using in-house SPH(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) code. We focused on the Stuffed Whipple Shield which has an intermediate shield composed of Nextel and Kevlar-epoxy between two metal shields(Whipple Shield). While the total weight of shielding structure becomes lower, a protective effect of it increases. To do this, advanced material modeling is implemented into the code. A description is provided in this paper. NASA test case A8611 has been simulated for a validation of the hydrocode. Then, a predicted BLC(Ballistic Limit Curve) is compared with a graph obtained from an experiment and the results are shown to lower critical diameter of simulation than experiment.
