Diffused economism value since the industrial revolution, environmental load increases rapidly beyond the self cleaning capacity of the ecosystem. Surge of environmental impact, lead to the destruction of ecosystems. This was made to act as a factor again results in a reduced the life quality and crisis human survival.
Environmental problems are spreading to the global problem, the international community has emerged as a new ideology. In order to ‘true welfare’ for human, All people enjoy prosperity can be guaranteed a clean environment, a concept based on the quality of life of the welfare of the environment. In this regard, recent studies have been performed. Subject to improvement of environmental welfare, foundation furtherance for environmental management and welfare of future is environmental welfare. However, Lay emphasis on inequalities of environmental welfare in various perspectives and sectors. This seems to be somewhat lacking on come up with an activation plan for environmental welfare.
On the other hand, whether domestic environment welfare succeed, government of interest is also important. However, it can be different depending on whether the efforts of local governments. In other words, Regional environment welfare is satisfaction of sectoral environment that citizens feel would differ depending on the particularities of the region.
In this study, attempts to type-specific analysis through the domestic and international environment welfare characteristics. Furthermore, evaluate the environmental welfare level of the region through the itemized evaluation of metropolitan city. Based on the results, suggest the direction for the development of future environmental welfare model.
