This research designed to discover the role of organizational commitment between organization entrepreneurship and firm"s performance in food service industry employee. For the empirical analysis, collecting 125 data from food service industry employee. First, after the analysis of the influence of the entrepreneurship on organization performance, the result was that the none financial performance enhanced when entrepreneurship is roles in employee. Second, the organizational commitment has effect on both of none financial performance and financial performance. Also the organizational commitment has a role that intermediate effect between organization entrepreneurship and firm"s performance. The result of study explains that organizational commitment has a major role when organization try to increase performance. Base on this result, researcher suggest implications and limitation of this research.
