The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of role conflicts that sport for all leaders faces when they conduct the roles by analyzing the roles of the sport for all leaders. To this end, questionnaires for survey were distributed to over 234 sport for all leaders who work at sports centers of private, commercial and public entities in Seoul. The procedures this survey was conducted by questionnaires containing statements of self-reporting types on role perception analysis and role conflicts of sport for all leaders. And such questionnaires were extracted from role conflicts test paper being prepared by Rizzo, J.R. etc(1970) for the purpose of analyzing role conflicts of sport for all leaders. and it consisted of 20 statements on 5 fields. The statistical analysis method for analysis of data includes T-Test, ANOVA. Through above mentioned study method and process the results of research are summarized as follows: 1. spot for all leaders showed relatively lower lever of role conflicts and more specifically they showed higher level of role conflicts in the field in between overload and intersender conflict among 5 fields which belonged to lower sector. 2. Younger leaders have a higher role conflict than older leaders in these these three categories overload, intersender conflict, feedback ambiguity. 3. The leaders of high education level have a higher role conflict than the leader of low education level of person-role conflict, oerload, feedback ambiguity. 4. The leaders of low experience have a higher role conflict than leader of many experience in these three categories overload, task ambiguity, feedback ambiguity.
