This study used the questionaire method, partly for convinence`s sake, and analyzed by package program of the discriminant analysis which issued form Social Survey Research Information company in order to find out the factors and influences which affect on-the-spot system of the same interested people, the partaking sports clubs, and the usuage frequency of sports facilities by means of the questionaires of "The Research on the Actual Condition of Taegu-zone Users of Sports Facilities" with the help of 236 respondents who live in Taegu. The statistic analysis is the discriminant analysis which uses the quantification H. The result is as follows. 1) The major factors and influences which affect on-the-spot system of the same interested people and partaking sports clubs are shown in the following orders. Occupation (9.7%), the effects which they get from the present sports facilities (8.1%), the reason why they use the present sports facilities (7.9%), the reason why they practice the present sports events (7.7%), the sports facilities which they mainly use (5.8%), monthly average income (5.6%), age (5.6%), the experience which they have practiced the present sports events (5.1%). 2) The main factors and influences which affect the usuage frequency of sports facilities are shown in the following orders. The present residence (9.9%), the reason why they use the present sports facilities (8.8%), occupation (8.5%), sports associates(8.1%), the reason why they practice the sports events (6.5%), monthly average income (6.3%), the timeliness when they use the sports facilities (5.6%), age (4.9%), genders (4.1%), the problems they feel when they partake sports (4.0%).
