This study was intended to identify the influence of mentoring experience for the students majoring in Taekwondo in college on career decision-making and career preparation behaviors, thereby providing basic information to help seek the right decision-making as well as improving mentoring program for the students in Taekwondo Department. To that end, the survey of 231 students in K University in Gyeonggi Province was conducted, beginning in June 2 till June 15, 2010. And as a result of carrying out the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 170 statistics program, the conclusion was made as follows. First, career development function in mentoring factor appeared to have had a significant influence on objective selection, future plan and problem-solving, while psychosocial function had a significant influence on objective selection, job information, future plan, self-rating and problem-solving. And the role model function had also a significant influence on job information, future plan, self-rating and problem-solving. Second, career development function, psychosocial function and role model function in mentoring factors appeared to have had a significant influence on career preparation behaviors. Third, objective selection and problem-solving in career decision-making self-efficacy had a significant influence on career preparation behaviors.
