The purpose of this study is to understand on U-league college soccer player`s in-depth understanding of the referee. In order to discover what are the players` internal conscious world and the experienced situations. So this research methodology used the individual interview and focus group interview. The researchers involved in this long-term observations of the selected data obtained through interviews with study participants and analyzed for the referee to understand the players were aware. First, the researchers` negative perceptions about the referee`s departure according to the judge of the referee`s unfair disadvantage With the advent of teams and individuals to form a strong negative perceptions and showed that. Second, the players are changing the perception of referee. Current college players in the league was keep for through middle and high school league the referee has become a negative perception. Yet, the referee was fair, the terms of the priority that must be met. One of the team to take advantage or avoid this loss is that proper distribution is not fair. They own the referee`s mistake was to accept as part of the entire game. In conclusion, they had been recognized as an exercise to solve in order to win this wrong judgment even. Judgment to compensate for the wrong attitudes and recognition will come to call another wrong judgment. This rather break the neutrality of the referee was aware as a decisive factor. They want accurate, even if there is a soccer referee wrong judgment and decisively was wanted by testing.
