The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the most commonly used attacking dollyeochagi and badachagi to provide coaching advice for an effective execution of the technique. The following are the results. 1. There was a significant difference for the hip angle at event 2. 2. There was a highly significant difference at event 2 for the knee angle. 3. There were no significant differences at any of the events for the ankle angle. 4. There were no significant differences at the trunk flexion/ extension angles during all phases. 5. There were significant differences of the kicking foot`s maximum ground reaction forces at the X and Y axis. 6. There were significant differences of the supporting foot`s maximum ground reaction forces at the X and Y axis. To summarize the above results for an effective kick performance, it requires the skilled coordination between the hip, knee, ankle and trunk while the overall pattern seems similar, the order of hip flexion followed by the knee flexion then the extension of the ankle joint is an important variable. According to the reaction law, it is also important for the kicking and supporting foot to push off the ground to enable the center of body to move forward quickly which helps to increase the accuracy of the impact characteristics.
