The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationships of coach`s strategic leadership and empowerment, player satisfaction. Questionnaires containing 33 st atements were proved valid by a total of 323 middle and high school in Seoul and Kyeongki. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach`s α was used to test the validity and reliability of each variable. Correlation analysis and regression was used to analyze on causal relationship of each variables. The statistical methods as above mentioned were applied by employing the SPSS 20.0 and Statistics Calculators V 3.0 for the statistical analysis. For all analysis an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The results of this study were as follows; First, when the each latent variables was considered correlation, there was significant appeared from correlation in latent variables. Second, as a result of regression, the strategic leadership had also positively influenced on the empowerment and player satisfaction. And the empowerment had also positively influenced on the player satisfaction. Finally, it showed the empowerment as ame diator on the relationships between strategic leadership and player satisfaction.
