The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference between stance types and the velocity of racket head, components velocity of racket head, angle of racket face and incidence angle during a forehand top spin stroke and to enhance performance and skill. Six male high school players were the subjects, and the mean difference between the kinematic variables such as the velocity of racket head, X·Y·Z components velocity of racket head, angle of racket face and incidence angle of prior event 1 and 2 at impact, posterior event 1 and 2 at impact and impact of the movement of forward swing in a forehand top spin stroke through a three-dimensional motion analysis. The test data was analyzed by a paired t-test, and the alpha level of α=.05 was set for all tests of significance. The findings of the study were as follows; First, there was no difference in the velocity of racket head to all event in the two stance. Second, there was no difference in the components velocity of racket head to all event in the two stance. Third. there was difference in the angle of racket face all event but the incidence angle of the racket was no different in the two stance.
