The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relatinoships among the college-student volunteers ``participation motivation in community-connected Physical Activtiy classes for the disabled youngsters, thei rsatisfaction and their participation adherence. For this purpose, total 200 copies of questionnaire were conductedtargeting the college-student volunteers working in PA classes for the disabled youngsters which wereoperated by universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do for the perido from March to April in 2014. And the dat agotten from the 183 copies but for the 17 copies being consideerd as unfaithful responses were used in areal analysis. The collected data were conducted the reliability analysis, the frequency analysis, the exploratoryfactor analysis, the correlation analysis, and the confirmatory factor analysis and the structure equation modelanalysis in using the SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 16.0 programs. Frmo these analyses, the following results weredrawn. First, the volunteers``s participation motivation in PA classes for disabled youngsters positively influencedon their satisfaction, and the influence degree was statistically significant. Second, the volunteers`` participationmotivation in PA classes for disabled youngsters significantly influenced on their participation adherence. Third,the volunteers`` satisfaction didn``t significantly influenced on their participation adherence.
