The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among coach leadership team trust, team immersion and their continuos participation behavior of the community baseball club. for this, total 250 members of community baseball club in cheonan were surveyed and responded to the questionnaire. SPSS 18.0 were used for analyzing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. the results were as follow. at first, Community baseball club positively influenced on coach leadership. at second, community baseball club had a positive effect on team immersion. at third, team trust had a positive effect on their continuos participation behavior. finally, team immersion had a positive effect on their continuos participation behavior
