Community building organization is similar to the intermediate support organization such as urban regeneration support center and community building support center. It is proposed the development direction of the residents participating community building organization by the case studies of Korea and Japan.
Community building organization performs temporary duties(roles) that support the nature of the intermediate support organization. Sustainability of community building organization in this regard is limited. Therefore, the organization of village level must move away from simple intermediate support activities. And community building organization should develop from simple support organization to area management organization.
To establish a forward preferred town organization shall activity based on the area. In the short term, a governance structure and a new public service will be secure, and mid- to longterm measures aimed to guarantee the independence and sustainability of the community building organizations.
