The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the lifestyle, leisure satisfaction, and life satisfaction of participants in life sports. For this purpose, 365 sets of data from participants of life sports in public sports facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were analyzed. The data were analyzed using a correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study yielded the following results. First, the lifestyles of the participants of life sports had a partially significant difference in leisure satisfaction. The sports-focused and self-focused lifestyles affected environmental satisfaction. The leisure-focused, goal-oriented, sports-focused, self-focused, and health-focused lifestyles affected environmental satisfaction. The leisure focused, goal-oriented, sports-focused, self-focused, and health-focused lifestyles affected educational satisfaction. Biological satisfaction was affected by health-focused, sports-focused, leisure-focused lifestyles. Rest satisfaction was affected by the health-focused, leisure-focused, spots-focused, and goal-oriented lifestyles. Psychological satisfaction was affected by the health-focused, leisure-focused, spots-focused, and goal-oriented lifestyles. Rest satisfaction was affected by health-focused, sports-focused lifestyles, and social satisfaction was affected by health-focused, sports-focused, leisure-satisfaction, and self-focused lifestyles. Second, the lifestyles of the participants of life sports had a partially significant difference in life satisfaction. In particular, sports-focused and self-focused lifestyles affected life satisfaction. Third, the leisure satisfaction of the participants of life sports had a partially significant difference in life satisfaction. Specifically, environmental satisfaction, rest satisfaction, and social satisfaction affected life satisfaction.
