The purpose of this study is to perform a few grammar tests to know the progress of learning about the conclusive terms TO, TARA for Korean learners of Japanese. The results are as follows: First, all the average marks of 40.35% suggested that it is difficult for Korean learners to understand Japanese terms. Second, I tested t-approvals to know the learning of the conclusive terms in the process of Japanese learning. As a result, I found that there was some significant difference of the figures of marks between the first level learners and the second level learners, and the progress of learning kept slowing down from the basic level to the second level, and gradually, there has been a little progress in the process of the learning from the second level to the first level. Third, according to the usage, the rates of correct answers were in descending order as follows: TARA>TO·TARA- impossibility>TO>TO·TARA-possibility the learners realized the usage of TO and TARA on the conclusive terms was used, and I came to know that it is not easy to make a clear distinction between TO and TARA because the rates of correct answers are low.
