Interior space is made of basic elemental component like floor, wall, ceiling and these component have their finishing or themselves. These finishing have visual information or properties( color and properties of material ) and space users can feel various feels through these information. Especially, color and properties of material can be changed by changes of lighting color. and spatial user may feel sense of space and visual properties differently. Lighting environment(lighting color specially) is very important in space. so, this study can show vatiation of visual properties of interior finishging material and sense of space according to changing light color.
The results as follows: 1) red lighting color can give "female" in visual properties, "intense" feel in sense of space to spatial users. 2) blue lighting color can give "male", "cold" in in visual properties, "not ended", "broad" feel in sense of space to spatial users. 3) magenta lighting color can give "bright", "female" in color sense and "soft", "smooth", "warm" in sense of material to space users. 4) yellow lighting color can give "bright", "vivid", "active", "female" in color sense and "light", "warm" in sense of material and "bright" in sense of space to spatial users. 5) cyan lighting color can give "bright", "not ended" in sense of space, more "brighter" than cool-white or warm-white lighting color.
In this study, visual properties and sense of space have subtle differences as changing lighting color but these differences are very clear. so this point can help more better visual properties and sense of space.
