This study investigated actual conditions of the landscape facilities which constructed before and after the year 2000, and compared two cases for understanding the ways of the differentiation. To compare the residents’ usage of the landscape facilities and satisfaction level between two complexes, Data were collected from 102 residents using questionnaire from 27<SUP>th</SUP> Oct, to 2<SUP>nd</SUP> Nov, 2012.
Actually, landscape facilities of the brand apartment were improved quantitatively and qualitatively than the apartment constructed before the year 2000. Residents’ usage and satisfaction level about landscape facilities of the brand apartment were higher than the other. Expecially, playground facilities and wall system were qualitatively improved than before the year 2000, so the level of satisfaction and usage were higher than before.
In conclusion, the differentiation on landscape facilities has positive effects to the quality of residents’ life. Both quantitatively and qualitatively improved developments are required in landscape facilities than ever.
