The increase of the aged population in modern society has appeared as a world pheonmenon including advanced countries. Post-war unusual growth in our country has brought forth entire progress in the society, but caused a negative result in the industrial progress in which our traditional family system supporting our society has collapsed. With the effect of such a family member, and effect of value of diverse variables and social culture, an issue on the old has surfaced a social problem. Especially, more necessary things are residence related services for the old people"s safe activity and convenience security. With properdeploymentand use ofspecialized manpoweralong with the aged"s welfare house ,a service system should be developed to meet desires for medical care health ,hobby, and job opening. The program development connecting each housing complex, sharing information and providing proper job and volunteer service for the aged is considered to have the aged play their roles in the community based their own experience and means, freed from loneliness and idleness, maintain a social relation, and enjoy high-level quality of life during their remaining life through quality welfare service.
