The objective of this study develops one-person household to space that can contain people"s various housing consciousness and help in development of qualitative part of residing that can contain occupier"s preference and satisfaction with quantitative segment of house.
In this research, divides housing consciousness into housing life attitude and housing space attitude through analyzing previous studies and do stereotyping housing consciousness of seven. one-person household form divides to Independence house and share house and Examined preference of one-person household plan element. Study problem is 1)What about housing consciousness of 20-30’s man and woman? 2)What about housing consciousness according to general characteristic factor of target for investigation? 3)What about 1 person housing preference according to general characteristic factor of target for investigation? Examined by multiple choice questionnaire about housing consciousness, one-person household form and one-person household plan element to 20~30’s man and woman.
