Human activities such as an overall improvement in standards of living, technical development and organizational change of human were a great influence on generating municipal solid waste (MSW). MSW occurs in the process of global warming and greenhouse gas emissions due to the adverse effects on the environment itself. In order to reduce and superintend quantity of MSW, it is necessary to have management system to understand the present condition of quantity besides predicting further emissions. Thus this study carries out an analysis of quantity of MSW through the survey. This investigation is set to an object that is the main factor of MSW and apartment housing occupies the highest share. To achieve this, we randomly selected nationwide apartment as a population and conducted a correlation analysis according to family composition and living area MSW generation. For prediction of Municipal Solid Waste Generation, this research proposes basic information to build a database for development of an integrated management system and MSW generation in urban units by considering demographic and economic factors.
