Architectural environment in the present is a serious social and environmental problem in Korea as well as in the whole world. In spite of amazing development of scientific technology and industry, the production and supply of architect does not break away from old-fashioned aspect; and it leads serious problems such as deficiency of supply, destruction of natural environment, wasteful use of resources, and qualitative degeneration of architectural environment etc. In addition, in case of Korea, it is the reality for housing production and other construction works which are leaning toward quantitative production cannot cope with human desires according to sudden changes in the present and the period of living change of human beings which becomes shorter and diverse, so it is considered that it would suggest new starting point for the present condition of Korean construction which is standardization and mass marketing through modular architectural aspect connected to new architectural attempts.
