Housing Cultural Center has been providing variety of spaces and programs about education, culture and relaxation to local community in order to enhance the corporate brand image. Housing Cultural Center seeks changes of spaces and programs to reflect constantly changing consumer tastes and situations of housing market.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is find out a direction of change of community space in Housing Cultural Center in the future by investigating the current status in terms of location, spatial composition, and operating programs.
As a results of this study, Housing Cultural Center is placed at easily accessible downtown area with spacious rooms for education, culture, relaxation and rent which is gradually being expanded. Housing Cultural Center operates programs focusing on children, housewives and general people. Also, Housing Cultural Center rents spaces for exhibition, conference, and convention.
Therefore, community space in Housing Cultural Center is expected to be more active by improving operating revenues through rents and diversification of programs not only for children and housewives but also for seniors and families.
