This study seeks to identify with a plan to develop the educational content of Taekwondo majors Department for International Taekwondo chapter to explore the capabilities of factors need to develop the Korea Taekwondo instructors and students majoring in leadership skills. For the purpose of this study was applied to achieve an in-depth interview, categorization of responses, making a closed questionnaire, IPA matrix analysis.
Taekwondo leader for domestic and overseas majors of the year when you present the strategic directions to be considered, when discussing educational content development plan are as follows.
First, we need to secure a space for you to share information with top talent around the university and major department. This is run as a structure to expand the role of the current or Kukkiwon but may be born as a venture business or Colleges Cooperation companies. We are sending you configure an efficient method and environment for the talented Taekwondo spread.
Second, we need to unify Taekwondo relevant information and knowledge to meet the global era, and spread them in a variety of languages. Each agency is still different from the environment to share information Taekwondo. Therefore, there is also unclear on the accuracy of the information Taekwondo knowledge. Taekwondo Taekwondo is necessary because only one effort.
Third, Taekwondo majors are configured to allow entry of foreign support system without difficulty, and require proper budgeting it. Taekwondo young talent a chance to miss a vague fear, though they have the capacity increases and will not.
