Regardless of the time or place, daily life is present for us all. However, only a small part of this daily life is recorded in writings. Especially in ancient times, where writing and record keeping were not as common as it is today. It would have been more difficult and uneconomical to document daily actions of people. However, by the Song Dynasty in China, writers start to record daily actions and events that throughout history had been previously unrecorded or that were once considered unnecessary. In this paper I try to explore how to introduce daily events in writing of the Song Dynasty which occurred a variety of change literarily in. It is in the literary style of Biji that these change become evident. Therefore I find out the records which describe the people, objects and events of daily life in Biji of the S.D. and figure out the difference from previous records. And I study what represent all these characters of Biji of S.D. Written records of their routines shown in S.D., although rudimentary, these attempt promoted the expansion of the content and the formal writing and changed the idea of what the writers perceived themselves.
