In modern society, Social Network Service(SNS) was rapidly developed and became the major social media. Enterprises also have proactively adopted SNS as business communication tools. In particularly tourism companies which have been actively using SNS for marketing purposes are also positive to using enterprise SNS. There were several studies focused on the motivation for SNS initial adoption, but there were little research on continuance use or actual efficacy in the workplace. This study tries to explore the mechanism to the job performance by examining continuance use. Hence, this paper attempts to examine the relationship with positive, negative influences and enterprise SNS usage motivation which include subjective norm, enjoyment, work information and sharing. The results show that subjective norm and enjoyment have a significant influence on the job performance and SNS using stress. The implication of research and discussion will provide significant guidelines to determine the kinds of SNS type and usage criteria to tourism companies.
