This study was to analyze the difference of stress, friendship, happiness according to physical activity experiences, influence of physical activity level on stress, friendship and happiness and influence of stress and friendship on happiness of the youth. This study utilized the 0215 Korea Youth Happiness Index survey data provided by the Korea Social Science Institute. Sampling method was probability propostional to size sample. Samples were 5,440 peoples. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were examined by factor analysis and reliability analysis. Data analyses were ANCOVA and multiple regression through SPSSWIN. Conclusions are follows;
First, there are difference of stress, friendship and happiness according to physical activity experience of the youth. The participants of physical activity is more low than non-participants in stress, is more high than nonparticipants in friendship and happiness. Second, physical activity level of Korean youth influence on the stress. The higher the activity level, the lower academic stress, appearance stress, friendships stress, parents stress. Third, physical activity level of Korean youth influence on the friendship and happiness. The higher the activity level, the higher friendships and happiness. Fourth, stress and friendship of Korean youth influence on the happiness. As stress increases, while happiness is reduced. As friendships get better, happiness increases.
