A sport team coaching in college is done by practicing overall person to person techniques including practice, guiding, and management skills to lead the effective development. Therefore, the management system in the team is a process to practice coach's leadership and to direct players' physical strength, technique, intelligence, and management. Because of these, the purpose of the management system is to make desirable and creative changes in the sport team. The purpose of this study is to propose an effective team management system including strategic step, personality of players, training plan, and safety management, for a coach who is a retired professional basketball player and to further apply the system to college basketball team to improve its expertise. This study aims to research current managing system led by a coach who is a retired professional basketball player. The authors conducted intensive interviews and observation and literature inquiry. For literature research, the authors used research papers, related news articles, and short papers to study management system expertise.
