When upgrading the economic structure, labor and capital will move towards the creation of added high value. Social integration is possible when High-skilled workers as well as low-skilled workers actively accepting them easier to be economically self-reliant. Also, Countries to actively improve the capacity of low-skilled migrant workers to nurture talent that can create high value-added social integration will be possible.
It will be worried immigrants to grow in the future, when government accept immigrants to primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry can develop evenly accept the strategy will be needed.
