The present study observed changes on blood lipid levels and antioxidant enzymes of 21 subjects who, male students at the Department of Physical Education of C University in G Metropolitan City, had not taken any medicine for the last six months, were physically healthy without any history of disease, and understood the procedure of this experiment, and participated in the experiment voluntarily and actively. From the results of the observation were drawn conclusions as following. 1. As to blood lipid levels, TG, TC and LDL-C decreased significantly in the resistant exercise group and the vitamin E administration group, HDL-C showed a significant increase. In addition, the resistant exercise group and the vitamin E administration group were different from the control group, and the vitamin E administration group was different from the resistant exercise group. 2. As to antioxidant enzymes, SOD, CAT and GPX were significantly different in the resistant exercise group and the resistant exercise with vitamin E administration group. In addition, the resistive exercise group and the resistive exercise with vitamin E administration group were significantly different from the control group, but no significant difference was observed between the resistive exercise group and the resistive exercise with vitamin E administration group. Summing up these conclusions, when exercise, changes on blood lipid levels and antioxidant enzymes, and vitamin intake are observed, it is considered necessarily to conduct more systematic and specific experiments in consideration of several factors including exercise programs, the characteristics of participants, the period, and dosage of vitamin administration.
