In order to analysis a comparative study of PHV, PWV and MIA by physique growth of girl students in korean and chinese, we get the data that health register investigate for 12 years of girl students third year (n=59) of Busan area in Korea and girl students third year (n=180) of Shenyang area in China. The results are as follows; 1) The height of Chinese girl students showed taller than Korean girl students at 7~9 years, but the height of korean girl students showed taller than Chinese girl students after 11 to 16 years. Korean girl students showed S curve but Chinese girl students showed straight line in the height growth curve. Especially, weight showed big different from 13 to 16 years between chinese and korean girl students. Korean girl students showed general growth curve and weight showed increased. 2) The PHV showed significantly change from 7 to 17 years. Especially, the PHV of the korean girl students showed 6.99 cm/yr, 6.84 cm/yr, 6.13 cm/yr at ages 11, 12, 10 and the chinese girl students showed 4.47 cm/yr, 4.22 cm/yr, 4.46 cm/ yr at ages 11, 12, 10 respectively. The PWV of the Korean girl students showed 5.51 kg/yr, 5.25 kg/yr, 4.85 kg/yr at ages 12, 11, 13 and the Chinese girl students showed 3.38 kg/yr, 3.23 kg/yr, 3.19 kg/yr at ages 9, 10, 8. 3) The result on MIA of height showed not significantly different that it showed the Korean girl students were 12.26 year, the Chinese girl students were 11.25 year. The result on MIA of weight showed not significantly different that it showed the Korean girl students were 12.16 year, the Chinese girl students were 11.69 year.
