Due to rapid transition of Korea into aging-society, the house system has to adapt the new structure of family and develop according to its needs. The housing plan which encourage the living environment are especially important for multi-generation houses, meaning living with elderly member in family. for the quality of social health. The study analyses the multi-generation houses in Housing park in Japan sicne Japan is already an aged-scoiety and has been realised the importance of applying aging-friendly elements. This allows the study to understand elements which can support social health of occupant, also to suggest a housing plan which can actively correspond to aging-society. The study is case analysis that 27 cases are collected from the site, and 18 are selected to analyse the housing character and spatial elements which support social health. In result, houses in Japan have considered the social health of all members of family including elderly. Spatial structure are developed and adapted according to the Japanese cultural and social changes. The results may suggest how Korea can solve the problem with society and change the residential environment as a respond to aging-society.
