This paper is a sociological analysis of the dialectic nature and changing mechanism of discrimination and exclusion `sexuality`. No doubt, discourses and theories on sexuality are constantly changing. What are these changes? How and why do they occur? What are the sociological implications and sociopolitical effects of all these transformations on social order? This thesis is not interested in the problem of what woman typically refer to as `negativ`. This paper attempts to scrutinize the new dynamics and the principles of discrimination and exclusion sexuality, wherein woman refer to as `positiv`. This discourse is premised on the paradoxical coexistence of three social realities. For one, there are `internal` political necessities that women, as women, should be required to call. In addition, there are also `external` political necessities that summon women to relocate in order to maintain system stability. Finally, there are socio-structural situations wherein women are no more to refer just only women. Women`s quota system in diverse organizations is more or less a residual product of these internal and external political necessities. The quota system is, at any rate, more progressive than total exclusion. But this is the inevitable result and simultaneously conditioned response to the change in social structure. Moreover, this systemic change has a serious side effect: The discourse mechanism has a tendency to consolidate gender order. This situation results in the paradoxical configuration of `political progressivism` and `logical conservatism`. This social structure defines the new landscape of the concept of sexuality, particulary in relation to the old and new elements of discrimination and `negative` exclusion in the (post)modern society.
