This article examines the possibility of collaboration of Korean diaspora missions for next generations in mission fields among three organizations such as Torch Mission Center (TMC), BEE (Biblical Education by Extension) Korea, and Torch Trinity Graduate University (TTGU). Since TMC has conducted Diaspora Conferences for worldwide Korean diaspora from 2011 up to 2016, the necessity of equipping new commitments as future Christian workers and leaders requires attention from Korean Christians and churches. Researcher reviews theoretical backgrounds for diaspora, diaspora mission, evangelism and mission, adult education for diaspora mission, multicultural education approach for diaspora mission. The purpose of this study is to two-fold. First is to examine issues of diaspora missions, projects, and even conferences, particularly those focused on people who have committed their lives for God’s Kingdom ministry. Second is to examine how collaboration is possible through partnering Torch Trinity Graduate University, the Torch Mission Center, and BEE Korea of Onnuri Church. The main research question is to ask “how can these three organizations collaborate for world mission with the Korean diaspora conference?” Researcher also raised four sub-questions for this study. Researcher suggests not only possibility of collaboration among three organizations(TMC, BEE Korea, and TTGU) for Korean diaspora and world mission but also practical roles of three organizations for diaspora mission and world mission.
