In this paper, 3-dimensional plastic surgery support system based on hologram using by only two stereo cameras was developed. Two-dimensional face image information getting from two stereo cameras can be numerically transformed to 3-dimensional face image, and then the face image can be appropriately modified according to the needs of the patient on the screen output. By providing virtual plastic surgery with pre-surgery step, it can be used to set up proper surgical plan between doctors and patients.
