The purpose of this study is to provide elite sports climbers with effective data to improve the performance of elite sports climbers by comparing the effect of the holder training on blood lactate concentration and physical fitness level for 8 weeks. The purpose of this study is to find out how to use this program as a useful program that can be generalized to climbers.
Changes in blood lactate concentration decreased after the experiment and showed statistically significant changes (p〈.05). Changes in physical fitness showed statistically significant changes in muscle strength (right), muscle endurance (right), cardiopulmonary endurance, power, agility and flexibility after the experiment (p〈.05, p〈.01). Muscle strength (left) and muscle endurance (left) were increased but not statistically significant.
As a result of the above study, six elite sports climbing athletes were subjected to systematic holder training. As a result, blood lactate concentration, which is a fatigue substance, decreased and physical fitness increased. Because these results were systematically managed by the body, the concentration of lactic acid in the blood was lower than that in the previous exercise, so it was less fatigue and was able to exercise constantly so that it showed its value even in the competition. Although it did not show a significant increase in physical strength, it seems that all the players have advanced one step further in function.
