Horizontal response and Vertical response in Spatial Structure are caused by horizontal earthquake due to Morphometric Charateristics of spatial structure. Horizontal response and Vertical response should be considered to do Seismic design in spatial structure. In this study, The truss-arch structure, which is the simplest type of large space structure is modeled in three types according to the rise-span ratio and the seismic response is analyzed. At 1/4 of the truss-arch structure, the displacement, acceleration responses occurred largely in horizontal direction and vertical direction, and the ratio of the vertical response is higher than that of the horizontal response as the rise-span ratio decreased. At the center of the structure, the horizontal displacement, the acceleration response decrease, and the vertical displacement and acceleration response do not appear as the rise-span ratio decreases.
